Lesi Lemani or Papaya Lemon is a blend I was inspired by thinking of how much I love papaya. In the Tongan culture, we do all sorts of dishes with papaya.

Nothing beats cold fresh-cut papaya with the seeds scraped out. On a trip to Hawaii, I was sitting at a cafe and they brought out my plate of papaya and had lemon on the side. I did not understand why they had this and when they shared with me that folks would often squeeze fresh lemon juice on their papaya it would change the way I eat papaya forever. If you have not tried freshly squeezed lemon juice on papaya -- do it. 

Ingredients: organic honeybush, organic ginger root, organic kava root, organic lemon myrtle, natural flavor, organic lemon peel.
